Safety education is vital to any company, especially one that is confronted with constant technological and environmental challenges, as well as the unexpected dangers that naturally occur in the construction industry. Biehle Electric Inc.'s in-house training ensures all employees receive a comprehensive safety orientation, plus any advance training necessary.
Job Sites
Once on a job site, we present safety topics weekly in a variety of ways to keep safety in the forefront of the project. Our employees continuously attend seminars, classes, and meetings and have several hands-on opportunities to learn additional safety knowledge.
High Standards
Our safety education program meets all OSHA standards, EPA guidelines, and the training standards for the equipment on our projects. When needed, an independent or product instructor will provide specialized training. Our emphasis on employee safety has allowed us to maintain an E.M.R. well below the national standard of 1.0 for more than a decade.
